My John Deere needed more weight on the rear wheels for my new property. I decided to take a page out of the big boy tractor book and add fluid to the tires, and do it myself. After lots of research, I decided on windshield washer fluid instead of RV antifreeze due to the cost. After I purchased the washer fluid, I needed to get it in the tires somehow. Follow along as I show how I got that accomplished. I used windshield washer fluid as it is cheap does not corrode the rim and does not freeze until deg. You add ballast to your tires to offset front end loader weight also to provide better stability on hills and rough terrain.

I hope it helps. I go through the process of loading the tires on my LS XJh tractor. Didn't hold as much as I was thinking it was going to. Total time to load each tire was 24 minutes with 18 gallons of WWF. While disking in the manure we spread on the dirt field, we got a flat tire on the rear of our Massey Ferguson tractor. We removed the tire and hauled it home. Then replaced the tube and patched the hole in the tire from the inside. It should hold for liquid ballast pump for tires, but we expect the tire will need to be replaced before too long as the patch can actually liquid ballast pump for tires seen from the outside of the tire lol.
Anyway, it was a quick fix and it got the machine back up and running. We brought it back home and will get back disking once the ground dries up from the rain we've had.

I had just put tubes in the tires, and it is real easy for the tube valve to fall back into the rim, so be sure to hold it in place somehow.
These tires are 75 R15 and they took about 20 gallons. I put 8 gallons of fluid into the tank and then pressurize it.
